Cork tiles as natural materials should be treated with appropriate care. You need them store in factory-sealed packages in dry places and airy. Storage of cork in rooms with variable humidity (below 45% or more 65%) may change the shape and size of the tiles.

1. The surface on which the cork will be placed should be even, smooth and dry. Should be liquidated unevenness with e.g. gypsum putty, in case of unevenness.

4. Cork tiles should be unpacked from original foil packsand stored in the room to be glued, min. 24 hours before sticking.

The cork should be glued at a temperature of 18 ° C. Do not install the cork if the room temperature is below 15 ° C. Cork is a natural material, so there may be slight differences in shades individual tiles. Therefore, it is very important to mix the tiles before gluing removed from their packs. The tiles should be carefully checked for dimensions and shades before starting gluing. Description of assembly works


1. For assembly you will need: measuring tape, ruler, spirit level, glue brush or float, wallpaper knife, roller smooth. 
 
2. The walls should be primed in advance so that the soil can dry. We apply the glue in a thin layer on both glued surfaces (tile and wall) in the case of using glue contact; for water glue only on one surface. Apply the glue to the bottom of the tile (page ground cork, not impregnated). When gluing, it is very important to lubricate the edges with glue the tiles joined together and no gaps were formed between them. The glue should dry (about 5 minutes) before sticking the tile to the wall. 

3. The tile should be installed carefully, starting with the exact location of the corner of the tile and gradually moving along the edge. 

4. We recommend that you read the instructions attached to the glue, and in case of ambiguity, please contact us telephone. 

5. The stuck tile should be pressed down with a rubber roller, and the excess glue should be immediately removed.
